Came in for some tires and David Helped me right away. Didn’t pressure me into a sale and was very honest about prices and quality.
Seemed like the front worker was bothered. Did my alignment in 15 min felt kinda sketchy. What you guys think I got robbed?
I love this Big O. The guys are always working hard when I peek back at them. Always gentlemen to the other customers. Always ready to help. Things may take extra time when you bring your car in. That’s to be expected. They’re only human. I’ve been to several Big Os and this one is hands down the best one. Berry and crew will go out of their way for you. Much love, guys
I had a tire blowout and decided to get four new ones as the original tires didn’t match my needs. They ordered the ones I wanted and had them in the he next day. I’m very pleased with the service and professionalism.
They overcharged me outrageously for an hour and a half of labor. Tried to upsell me, and botched my alignment worse than it was before coming in. They took advantage of the fact my vehicle couldn't move and I had no other options and it was a genuinely awful experience.
