I have been using this shop for a good number of years now. Berry was very helpful, and the entire team is awesome here, I have to say! Hoping that $20 gratuity can still get you guys a pizza these days, or at least something! My big thanks on top! 2026/5 Update. Another set of tires already! Once again excellent service - and although the tires I wanted were not available, David was able to source an excellent alternative and ensured best price. Thank you!
This convenient walk to location (if I have to leave a vehicle for a while) always takes great professional and courteous care of my needs. If I have a tire issue they are friendly and quick to fix whether it is a purchase or road hazard repair. Oil changes are always competitive with honored coupons.
Big O tires and Team surpassed my expectations. As a woman and mom of 3 it is hard to know anything about cars I came in for a an oil change that I was desperately in need of😅. Not only did they point out that my radiator was cracked and had zero coolant! But they re charged my AC for free as the repair required the removal of the A/C condenser. I now have ice cold A/C and a new radiator. Thanks david for the attention to detail definitely recommend very honest and believes in “seeing is believing” 10/10

I was very impressed on how they too the time to show me why my tires were wearing unevenly. At that time a wheel was alignment recommended to the service. That was the best decision my truck is rides better then it did new!!! You have earned all 5 stars and a returning customer thank you!!!
All I can say is if a company ask you to leave a review make sure you check your car out first this company rushes you to leave a great review by saying I will discount you $20 the worse company ever and they lie alot about everything
