This shop has the honesty you're looking for in a mechanic shop. The communication skills really put you at ease as you'll know what's going on every step of the way. We had the smallest little issue (that was my fault) ( I over tightened the lug nuts). You know what happens when you over tighten those. I couldn't be more grateful for them helping me out with that. I'll update this when I get everyone's name involved in making the process so nice that day.
I have been coming to Big-O for 5 yrs and always left satisfied with their service and hospitality. The mechanics know their work.
Joshua was very very helpful very knowledgeable and very friendly and dude and it's going to try to do everything that I asked so hopefully everything will be good I'll have my tires on Wednesday thank you
