I figured it was probably a small piece of gravel or dirt may have gotten stuck in the real wheel so I first took it to Les Schwab near my office, a few hours later they called me and said I was looking at a front and rear brake job and it would cost $975.00 and did I want to get started. I would like to thank the guys at Big O State Street for their honest approach to earning my business. Great Customer Service & Highly Knowledgeable Staff! I had a great experience with this Big O store. I went in to buy new tires and found that the sales person was not only friendly but seemed very knowledgeable about the product that he was selling. I went in to buy tires in December and they seemed very busy but I did not have to wait for help, which impressed me. I decided to check around a little but could not beat the price or the customer service so I went back. I would highly recommend buying tires there!

Some of the best customer service I have ever seen I had a slow leak in my tire and went to get it looked out. They took my car right away and got it inside. Along with fixing the tire they checked my brakes and tires. The very best part of all this service was that they didn't charge me for the repair of my tire. I was in a out within 30 minutes.
