Professional and honest customer service. They took real good care of me
This big ol tires location sucks at their jobs, the told me over the phone it would cost $140 in total for a tire install but when I come to the office it’s another 72 dollars that wasn’t disclosed over the phone and they did an alignment for a person I know and they still had one tire in the red that they needed to align
Lopez was great throughout the whole process. He had the car sooner than what was estimated which was appropriated.
This review goes back to last year when I had a leaky tire. I took my car in to get a tire repaired and was told it could not be repaired due to the position of bolt that punctured the tire. So I bought a new tire around $175, and he talked me into getting insurance which would cover the cost of any repairs it needed in the future. Also, I asked about my tire sensor since the sensor light on the dashboard is consistently lit even though the pressure in all tires is correct.
