This shop completely screwed me over by selling me 3 year old tires. I only found out about this after taking my car to another Big O location to get my tires rotated and the GM of that location brought it to my attention. Completely dishonest and trying to pull a fast one on their customers by selling old inventory. No wonder this location went out of business.

Not the case... this is for the Tucson/ Wilmot Road Location Saw the advertisement online and I struggle with finding a good deal on services for my 2013 Lexus ES350. I needed an oil change/tire rotation for it, and they had a coupon for $49.95 for both. (synthetic oil change) Made my appointment online for 2/24/24 , and I called to confirm my time.
