Big O Pain!!! – I spent over $800 on tires and wheel alignment at this Big O Tires. They not only dirtied the interior and exterior of my car, but they caused damage to 3 of my wheels from their equipment. They reluctantly offered to pay for 25% of the cost to resurface the wheels and told me that I would be without my car for two days. They never offered to pay for a rental car for me for the two days nor were they willing to do better on their compensation to rectify the situation.
