If you guys were going to steal my rims and tires the least you could have done was called first and make sure that I didn't want him since I had already called and verified with Jesse that he was going to save them for me because I was coming to get them but you guys didn't even bother calling you just stole my rims and tires when I told you I was coming to get them so hopefully they reappear or there's going to be some problems
Victor my mother Gloria Duensing and I have been coming there for 30 years and she spoke very highly of you guys. So I go there and spend $2,000 on rims and tires and first you guys get rid of my tires that I told you I wanted to keep and now to my original rims are gone only two would fit in my car and I called and you guys said you would hold on to the other two for me and I called to pick him up as soon as I had a way to get him and now they're gone you guys are employees took my rims or you threw me away when I told you ... read more

Customer service needs a lot of work
These guys are amazing. Quick, efficient, extremely helpful and always nice. I have been a customer for years and I’ve NEVER had or have witnessed a poor interaction with them. Everyone there is great but James is fantastic, I trust his expertise and know I’m being steered in the right direction never in the wrong hands. Thank you James and Big O.
