They were very helpful and efficient with the handling of putting new tires on my Chevy impala. They also promptly price matched with a different Big O location to help save me money.
The worst mechanical experience I have ever experienced in my life. I brought my car in 2 weeks ago because it was overheating and pissing fluids everywhere, I told them I thought it might be oil, and it looked like coolant (because there was coolant and oil all over the place) but I'm not a mechanic, so I have no idea. They told me it was some gaskets and everything was all set. mo fo's! at big o that cleaned my brakes and supposedly inspected and adjusted, them caused my brakes to fail resulting in t-boning a car last Nov. have stooped to an all time slimeball mechanic move by not standing by a second set of brakes that they supposedly warranty for 12 months! yup. failed again. and this time since I refused the BBB's complaint and the managers scum bag reply to the accident with brake failure sayin he bent over backwards to serve me. they wont warranty yet another job they botched on my rig Prepare... read more
We enjoyed our experience here, we needed new tires and they did not have what we needed in stock. We were worried but they took the time to search near and far for what we needed and were able to find them and help us out! Thanks Big O Tires!
They replaced a part on my vehicle, didn't fix it and still charged me. They tried to claim the part was bad and needed to be replaced anyways. This was their excuse to make me pay for a service I did not receive. They were telling me that I had to pay for the part even though they diagnosed the problem and they were wrong, not me. They were telling me that I was still responsible for paying for the part that didn't even fix the problem.
