They preformed an incomplete brake job on my SUV and after several trips from Black Hawk to Denver the manager yelled at me, blamed me for their poor judgement. Nevertheless, I have a voicemail that the owner sent to me right before Thanksgiving agreeing to refund my money from their poor workmanship preformed on Sept. 18, 2019. Bad place to replace tires. This place sale OLD TIRES. Please check at the DOT date code on the tires before buying it. Frank and Phil put 1 year old tires on my car. Both are such a big LIAR!!! DON'T GO HERE!!!
Great customer service!!!!! I got a flat tire and was still able to come in and get helped, even though it was 10 minutes past closing time. Big O is fantastic!

We have been going to this Big-O for years with pretty good service, but recently things have changed a bit. They have developed a habit of telling you that you need things that you do not need – this happened to us more than once with both of our vehicles, specifically shocks and struts. But a very recent visit has convinced us to no longer use this Big-O. During a recent tire change they neglected to tighten the lug nuts on one wheel and this caused $800 of damage to our vehicle.
