No!!!! I bought all four new tires and they damaged my rims.. then denied it; manager stated my rims were not in the best shape and I should stop being a dick.. ok.. !?! They were not balanced correctly and my floor board would shake; so I took the car and had them rebalanced at the Antioch store.. Then my sensor Alarm light started coming on periodically; and finally it won't go away.. They lost my keyless entry fob, and they couldnt fix my tire and pushed a new tire hard. I wasnt impressed by anything they did, dont waste your time go to les schwab tires.
Stay Clear of Big O Tires Brentwood!! Horrible!! I took my vehicle in because of the squeaking and shaking brakes. I knew it was time for a new pair. They quoted me $234.00 to replace the brakes and after an inspection assured me I did not need to replace the rotors. So I returned the next day to have the brakes done. I dropped my vehicle off with the approval of the $234.00 about an hour later I received a call that they had to replace one of the rotors and the other is fine but it will be a total of $517.00 ok I am not hap... read more

Big O tires We have bought tires and had flats repaired at this local business. The service was good, the waiting area acceptable although not plush. All service personel were professional. The prices don't compare to Costco but the location and service make up for that. We will continue to use.
