I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience with Big O Tires on California Oaks Road in Murrieta. I originally brought my vehicle in for a wheel alignment. The alignment was not performed correctly—the steering wheel was crooked, and the vehicle veered while driving. After getting home, I also discovered significant damage to my wheels, including deep gouges and chunks of paint chipped from the finish, a vape pen left in my center console, and grease-covered floor mats with no protective cover... read more
Very honest and trust worthy. I asked for a quote. And. They stick there word gave me the quote on the exact price for my tire. Definitely earned. Another customer.
Went in for an oil change. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I thought I might need tires, they said I still had 10,000 miles on them. They are reputable and honest. Hard to find these days.
