I must do a shout out to Dante who took care of me when I went in today. He was immediately caring, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He went the extra extra mile and was on the phone to my extended warranty company for over an hour trying to get it covered and handled for me. Which was GOLD! I had been to a couple other facilities the last weeks on my road with buying a car from carvana and no one had done this. I highly recommend this Big O service center. Highly NOT recommended! Over the past three years, I have always used my mailed $49 discount coupon (and paid extra for the additional oil capacity) to get my Audi A4 oil service done at this location. Yesterday, I even called ahead before driving 40 minutes to the shop, only to be told they refused to honor the coupon this time. Instead, they demanded $109. I received great easy and friendly service my first time visiting this Big O Tires location. Chris was so kind and really helped me with my tire. I had a bent nail in the tire and really needed help out in a pinch to get to work. They were able to fix it in less than 45min. Thank you to the team!
I called ahead and told them I would be there within 30 minutes for an inspection. When I arrived, I was told they didn’t have time to do it. A simple heads-up on the phone would have saved me the trip. Poor customer service and a waste of time.
