Just had my Tires changed in the Redwood City Location. Dante was exceptionally helpful and provided excellent communication and customer service from chech-in to check-out
Many years of good service then they dropped the ball on a brake and axle replacement. Incorrectly routed abs line, no notice of missing caliper slide caps, over tightened lug nuts and a squeak that’s still there but don’t know why.
The service was excellent. Constant communication to the job being done to my vehicle. I got 4 new tires,wipers, alignment. All for an incredible price. This is my go to place moving forward.
My eight year-old Tesla’s dash monitor was showing that all four tires needed servicing. I called the shop and talked with a nice person named Chris, who said bring the car in and we’ll take a look at it. I brought it right in, they told me that I did not need to replace the car’s original tires, but that I could use air all around.
