Great service. Friendly and accommodating staff, and the gentleman at the counter was extremely patient and courteous with all my questions
Fair enough. Customer service was excellent. Manager's attention was perfect. Mechanic service could be better for my specific case but not that bad.
They committed a mistake and scratched the inner part of the wheel during service but they fixed it and they were so attentive as customer service is supposed to be. They rechecked my car, and I spent additional time and they did too. The service was fair enough. I paid an oil change, rack and pinion replacement; and the thorough diagnostic was for free.
A few months back I needed an alignment. I went here and they were so friendly and professional. They let me know some issues with my axles. They gave me a qoute which was honest and did the work for me, they were up front about the time and had it finished that same day. A few months later I had a wheel baring replaced.
