I had a terrible experience at this store. I went in for an oil change for $70 and left paying $460. They said my oil pan and plug were too old and needed replacing. I had the new parts ready and they just had to install it. They wanted to charge me over 2 hours of labor for it. They didn’t budge until my dad spoke with the manager on the phone and said he could do it himself in an hour at home. They said I can pay the 2 hours of labor or tow my car. We had a flat tire as we were driving to Filoli Garden in the afternoon, but we stopped by Big O Tires in Redwood City and they were able to have it fixed in about 30 minutes, so we were still able to make it to Filoli Garden before they closed. Very friendly, professional and prompt service, highly recommended!
I really like this Big O store. They've helped out many times. I don't feel that they aggressively upsell. Usually pretty fast service.
