I visited this Big O Tires location mainly for convenience—it’s close to my work and I needed help diagnosing an error code. The attendant who assisted me, first of all, didn’t seem particularly knowledgeable about cars. After checking the code, they confidently told me the problem was the gas cap and that replacing it would resolve everything. I’m leaving a poor review due to an experience I had this morning at this store. I believe I was likely the very first customer of the day, arriving shortly after 8:00AM. I believe the man who was at the front counter may have been the manager and there were no other customers att this point. He asked how he can help and I told him I have a tire that needs repairing. This is a good shop
The whole staff here is great.
I am disappointed in my experience at Big O tires. I would recommend to not use this shop. While routinely replacing tires, they broke one or more of my tire pressure sensors. I noticed after driving away, that my tire pressure sensors did not work, and I had a red warning my pressure was low. I reported this to them, and took into car in. The explanation I was given was that they forgot to connect them in the first place. They assured me that this issue was fixed. It was not fixed. What a waste of my time and theirs.
