after being a customer for a couple of years, I went in for my appointment today and was dealing with a very nice service agent until the manager came in. He decided he was gonna get in the middle of things and was horrid, Rude and in a nasty mood. Ive Dealt with him many times , i think we were all shocked. I had an appointment To purchase tires and forgot that I needed an oil change. They happily accommodated time for my oil change at the same time so I didn’t have to return for a second appointment. They answered all my questions regarding my tire purchase. I am quite pleased with their services.
