Dropped car off for an oil change. Brett was very helpful. Service was fast, friendly and awesome.
First time, they did a good job, sold me two new tires - as my previous mechanic had NOT rotated them, probably ever. However, second time - pretty big issues. 1. There was a tire noise after they rotated them. Took the car to Les Schwab because I’d driven to Ukiah and it wasn’t getting better, as they’d said. Found out a piece - the belt - inside the tire was broken. They showed me the effects on the outside, and said they would have caught it. BigO should have caught it. 2. Ive had nothing but good experiences coming here. Specifically Brett, he has went out of his way to help or accommodate us in anyway possible. Its nice to have businesses that will still go out of their way to satisfy customers

after being a customer for a couple of years, I went in for my appointment today and was dealing with a very nice service agent until the manager came in. He decided he was gonna get in the middle of things and was horrid, Rude and in a nasty mood. Ive Dealt with him many times , i think we were all shocked.
