Lady at the counter needs an attitude adjustment I went in for an alignment and I have a blow and go device and she wouldn’t fill out the Washington state patrol form that because she’s been doing this 20 years! The shop manger was more than helpfull and very accurate on what she was talking about I would recommend anyone to come and get service or tires from this place
I recently had an experience at Big O Tires that left me more frustrated than anything else. I came in because my car had picked up a nail on the outer portion of one of my tires.
