I took my wife's scion XB here two years ago to get four new tires. The price was good, but I did not find people working there friendly. After two months, I took the car to my mechanic friend for something else. The car was little bit shaky but I did not realize how bad it was until my friend found that the balance was completely off. Bought a set of tires from Bigelow year-and-a-half ago I need to get them looked at and hey there are no locations around me anywhere open now that Lynnwood closed and these guys are under renovation so thanks Big O you're making me regret my purchases.. ill be sure to go with discount next from now on.
I really like the place, great customer service although its needs a renovation. Disappointed when I needed a flat repaired and their compressor broke.. considering they work with tires I would've imagined that being the last thing needed to be replaced
Definitely would recommend this place to anybody! Came here not knowing anything I needed when it came to an oil change. The associate was able to talk me through what I needed and even showed me what it'll cost before paying. Only took 30 mins too! There's a waiting room with a tv. Some hot coffee and a beverage vending machine.
I have been to this location a hand full of times and had great service. Nick is one of the employees I have spoken with on several occasions. The Shop is clean and they are all very friendly. I read some older reviews about the service there being bad due to RUDE employee. I know personally that who ever that was has been let go. Good prices and fast reliable service. I will be going there again!
