I drive by two other big O tires to get to this location because they’ve always treated me so amazing. I thought I needed a brake job and maybe other work so I brought it in for that and an oil change and thought I might need an alignment. After they looked at it, I only needed an oil change. They’re always upfront and honest and never take advantage of customers. If I had to drive by five different ones to get to this location, I would do it.
Jeff the manager is first rate in terms of product savy and he's got a bedside manner others should emulate...
