I’ve been going to Big O Tires for years and never had any problems. They have always responded well in the past. In fact, the shop where I usually get my general mechanic work done is nearby, and whenever they need alignments for their customers’ vehicles, they take them to Big O Tires because it’s the closest shop and they’ve always had good results. Will NEVER do business with this store again. This is the SECOND time we’ve brought our car in for an oil change, and been told we need hundreds of dollars worth of repairs, which we had done, only to have a critical issue occur the NEXT DAY. Jeff, the manager, was completely unreasonable and doesn’t understand how customer service works. He wasn’t willing to let us vent our frustrations but rather dismissed us and told us to leave. Got my tacoma oil change today 9/13/2025 pick up at 2:30pm and drive 2miles to my house and park it. Can home from dinner and seen oil under my truck The oil is leaking from the drain plug. There’s no gasket on the drain plug in my oil is low now so now they could’ve messed up my motor because it’s a 2023 Tacoma very unhappy.
I've been a customer for several years and they have always been knowledgeable, helpful, and fairly priced. My last visit, last week, was no exception. Thank you, Big O!
Great people overall, but I spent over $1900 on repairs for my vehicle, only to have to come back in less than 2 weeks due to a valve gasket that was suddenly no longer any good. Another $400 and multiple hours gone. They were transparent in showing me what was “wrong” but the fact it wasn’t done right the first time around & now I’m out even more money is a bit ridiculous. I’d go to a different Big O in the future.
