Well, Just sharing my experience here at this location (N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024) Had a flat tire in AZ101 on my way back home around 2pm. The young gentleman who immediately showed up in no time as soon as I parked near their working area to check on my flat tire and asked me how can I help.. it was a hot day (116 degree) and he was super quick in diagnosing the problem and rolled his sleeve to get to work on it immediately.. in the meanwhile I went inside to get the paper work started .. 20 mins later the flat ti... read more
Front desk guys were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. This is where the good Story ends. I had a flat and needed new tires. The guys up front were helpful and the prices were reasonable. I decided to wait as they could have the tires delivered in 30-60 mins if I pay extra. So I opted to pay extra and wait. Over 2 hours it took for the tires to be delivered. They had already taken my car back and had the wheels off. It took them almost 2 more hours to put my tires on the car. I've always had excellent service from this Big O location. I've come in with multiple car problems, from nailed/popped tires to an undercarriage part that was scraping on the road. They were polite and fixed it quickly every time, even on a busy Sunday. I will continue to purchase my new tires there and come in for all my car's needs!
Big O is great. Patched my tire quickly and got me back on the road at an affordable price. Brian and Kade are the Best!
