I drove hundreds of miles at high speed on a bad tire that appeared to be normal. I had no idea the belt within the tire was damaged. I brought my Acura MDX to Big O and they were able to spot the problem immediately. Unfortunately my other tires were too far worn to get only one, it's the curse of all-wheel drive, so I ended up getting a set. The next day I drove almost 600 mi. I am so impressed with the people who work at BigO! Not only do they do great work, but, they are very concerned about the people who are their patrons. Their pricing is very fair and they take the time to do extras that other places don’t do. They will always be my go-to place in Sedona!
