I have lived in Sedona for 27 years and I find reliable service here. We always get our tires here and most of our routine service needs. They are friendly enough for us. Pretty down to earth.
My tip is to go to Tire Pro Automotive instead. Big O was unfriendly when I had a flat tire in my rental car. No time for unfriendly people on vacation.
I hadn't even gotten out of my car yet, and one of the mechanics, who was walking by asked if I needed anything, and immediately proceeded to assist me.Quick and courteous services.👏
I'm local and all I ever get here is condescending attitudes and unwelcoming service. Only one of the employees has ever shown a hint of friendliness. Only come if you absolutely need repair.
Great service !! Fast efficient and honest. I have been buying tires and services here since they opened. Four star service and professional attitude .
I've been to a few big o tires and this one by far was the most unfriendly. I would rather drive my flat tire back to Phoenix next time.
