Amber is the best!
The team at Big O Tires here in Sedona really saved the day for us - that includes Aaron, Amber and Tony. There were eight of vacationing and unfortunately we had a flat tire and needed immediate help because we had a late morning reservation that couldn’t be cancelled or rescheduled. The Big O team had us back on the road by 10 and a potential disaster was avoided. Five star service and much appreciated!!!
Drove into Sedona on Friday in the evening. My car had been rattling on the road and I was really concerned about getting back home to New Mexico. Big O was open and they took my car in. They gave me a comprehensive list of things that should be fixed, but the most crucial being the control arms for the front steering. They were able to complete the job in one day and I am happy to report that I was able to drive home safely today with no rattling!
