I went in for an oil change and was treated very respectfully by Jose C. They did a thorough job and explained to me all the things done and what the manufacturer recommendations are for my Cara’s current mileage, but with no pressure for for services or purchases. I always go to this location when needing such services. They are really great people with great service.
My family has been going to Big O for decades and we’ve been consistently pleased with the service. During a recent visit for a routine tire rotation, I ended up purchasing four new tires, which was appropriate given their condition. JT was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. However, I was disappointed to discover that my tires had been filled with nitrogen without my knowledge or consent, resulting in an additional $40 charge.
