Hey guys! So, I really love how kind the staff is I never had a bad moment interacting with them, conversationally. Especially since I have an interlock in my car and I have like major anxiety about turning it off and on so I kept my car on but parked by the bay opening to talk to them. The Big O team is always very helpful and professional. I 100% trust them with all my cars and won't go anywhere else. The last time I was in was because of a nail in my tire. I noticed this late in the day and the tech was more than willing to get me in that night and completed the repair in less than an hour. I can't say enough great things about the team.
The customer service from this team, including the owner, is simply exceptional!
Went in to get a flat fixed. They squeezed me in and fixed the tire in 20 mins. ... and I didn't even purchase that tire from them. The did great.
