Chris Nelson was wonderful. I pulled in sithout an appointment on a Friday afternoon 10 minutes before closing with an error code from Oriellys and a TPS needing replacement. He got me in before closing, and did not charge me because it only took him a couple of minutes. Great guy, great company! Thank you Chris.
Todd was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to provide amazing service. I came in 10 mins before they closed with a flat and he and technicians patched my tire without question. I was in a pickle and they saved me an agonizing drive on a spare across the state. Best service I’ve ever received at a Big O and a mechanic shop in general. Thanks!
Stopped in there this morning to get my tire fixed these gentlemen need to learn a little customer service, not happy!
