Purchased several sets of tires from this store. As a walk in I needed a flat fixed. They got it fixed in an exceptable time. Great shop I recommend it.
I was dropping my daughter off at gymnastics at 7 am and noticed a giant screw in my tire. I found the closest tire place and drove to Big O. I ended up needing my tire patched and the staff was so friendly. They got me in quickly and were so helpful. I will definitely be returning to this location for any future tire services etc.
Woke up with a flat and towed my car here without an appointment. They are excellent!! Todd got me in and taken care of in way less time than they anticipated and they were incredibly nice. Ill be coming back!
They've always been very upfront and honest, that's why I've been going to them for decades.
Went in w/o a appointment for a tire repair. Employees were very friendly, address my issue right away. I didn't have to wait very long. Repair was completed in a reasonable time.
