Great service! The Big O guys in Elizabeth are great. Some places in Elizabeth will take advantage of you if they are the only game in the small town. Not Clif and the guys. Have always been treated better there than any other tire place in major metro areas.

Great reviews! After reading one of the reviews, I did check out the Big O Tires with BBB before I took my car in. I found them to have fine reviews, so I don't know what that person was writing about. I was having a problem with my car stalling. Before I finally took it into Big O, I had two other mechanics take a look, and they could not find the problem. Big O is great-- they never oversell Have been going to Big O Tires of Elizabeth since they opened in 2002. Have always been treated well by the friendly sales team. They always show me what they are talking about and help me decide what is most important to keep my truck running well. They never pressure me into buying. They are knowledgeable and have fair prices on their tires and repairs. We are so glad to have them in town.
Very Happy Customer I have been going to Big O Tires in Elizabeth for about 5yrs now and not a single complaint. They mount my tires without trying to sell me theirs. When I do buy their tires they gave me my options and let me decide instead of pushing the higher priced tires on me. I can call for a quote on work done and they honor it. Great Customer Service I bought snow tires there 3 years ago and have them put on and taken off at least 3 times a season. They are always fast and very customer service orientated. Each time I am there Raul takes extra care to see its done right. Unfortunately it seems only the individuals that have a bad experience or have unrealistic expectations take the time to write a review. The people that are happy go on about their business and keep coming back.
Very Poor service I bought 4 tires from them, and the BS warranty. This Big O wou ld not honor the warranty and gave my pregnant wife the run around. I felt like I was in Mexico not the United States when I went their. To top it off, most of the employee's spoke broken english and gave me an attititude.
