Needed 2 tires for travel trailer while on vacation. Spoke with Austen and he said they could get me in and set it up. When I arrived Daylen and the tech were super helpful and they had me finished in a just a short time. The guys were awesome and couldn't be happier.
After 5 plus times Big O in craig had messed up our vehicles or left something off that is not to be left off or jus leaving nuts and bolts loose in the side door, without saykng a word and iver 3 hours for a scheduled oil change made 2 days in advance!!!! we are very disappointed We do not recommend and we have delt with the manager in person every time sadly so if you value your vehicles stay away from big o in craig colorado
Just bought tires for my skid steer. Austin ordered them for me and they were in the very next day—-actually before noon! Furthermore, they were almost 30% less then another dealer in town for the same tire!!! Austin and his team were friendly, helpful, and fast. They had them off and mounted in less than an hour.
