Austin, Daylan, and the manager Eric were amazing at Big O Tires in Craig. I was in town for a rodeo and had an emergency brake issue while hauling a horse trailer for the weekend. They got me in quickly, fixed the problem, and treated me with so much kindness and professionalism. Being from out of town, I truly appreciated their help and willingness to make sure I was safe on the road. Excellent customer service and a great team. Thank you again!

Austin was amazing! I’m always nervous to go into any sort of auto shop because I’m afraid of being up sold on things I don’t need and this was not the experience I had at all. Austin was understanding easy-going not pushy at all and he got me my new tires picked out, and the rest of the crew was very fast and efficient!
