Recommendedbest price I could find around town!
This location is absolutely the worst! I have a warranty and was there for 2 hours today just for them to tell me they were closing and didn’t even look at my flat tire! Today was the only time I could make it in all week and now I’m screwed! Thanks a lot you guys all suck!
I have been doing business with this store for several years: tires; routine service and major repairs. I and my wife are ALWAYS treated with respect and courtesy. There service, whether a minor oil change or a major repair, is always done promptly and at the best price (We check around.) I never need to worry about unneeded repairs being recommended and the job, big or small, is ALWAYS done right the first time.
The nice guys at Big O Tires fixed our flat and got us back on our way to Kansas free of charge!! What a nice thing to do!!

Garbage. They got me in last min before closing which was nice but the rest of the experience was absolutely horrible. They “forgot” to fill up the tire with air while checking for the huge leak (they couldn’t find). Then told me it didn’t matter if it had a leak, my tires were to worn? Um nope they sure weren’t. Went to H&H the next morning where I bought them and they fixed it just fine. If you value your safety and what you drive DO NOT go here. I went by as low tire light was on in my Subaru and my son had added air the day before so I knew there was a problem . I stopped at Big O about noon asked if they could work me in as I live in Peyton area . I had to wait a couple hours but they finally showed me a back tire with nail in side wall . Zack said he could get tire in by 3 so I waited . The wait wasn’t fun but the tire showed and I was able to leave for home by 4 . They failed to grease new front suspension parts. Installed the parts wrong. When I returned to have problems corrected I was offered nothing in compensation. After getting my vehicle back I rechecked there work and they had again failed to grease my upper ball joints.
