Initially was happy with the prompt service for the oil change and TPMS repair, though was frustrated that the tires were rotated without my asking. I had purchased this vehicle from its owner who had new tires put on the week prior. I asked for a 22 point inspection- but never did find out what that covers. I made an appointment for the 17th and emailed questions to corporate who never responded. After taking my car to a different place to get some work done I noticed something was wrong. Called Big O Tires and talked to Denis to make an appointment. He was very professional and had his team take a look at my car right away Long story short, the other place didn't bother checking things right. Got my car back in just a bit over an hour and working perfectly fine. Glad I came here, definitely recommend this place
Fairly late in the day on Saturday 3/7/20, and heading downhill with rotors shaking, a quick "google-it" lead us to Big O Tires. Alberto, Jose and Manuel were simply fantastic. They had us fixed up and checked out in under an hour. Fantastic service, and SUPER friendly folks!
Big O Tires in Frisco is Awesome ! I got an unexpected flat tire and showed up with out an appointment. They got me in right away, were fast and efficient and very friendly service! Will definitely return for all my tire needs.
Denis went above and beyond to help me with a flat tire. My car is under bumper to bumber warranty. I got a flat tire late Saturday afternoon. The dealership said it was too late to help, go to BigO. I called and Denis was so helpful and even willing to stay late to help. He did a great job with a great attitude. Thank you Denis to giving my vacation a happy ending!
See my review on Big O tires website. They SUCK. Sergio told me it would take at least 1 hour to do a front end alignment so I went to eat and came back about 45 minutes later and my vehicle was still in the parking lot. He FAILED to in form me that there was 2 cars ahead of me. This is the second time this has happened. NO SECOND CHANCES. GO TO SUMMIT AUTOMOTIVE GROUP IN SILVERTHORNE.
