***update! 6 months after the fact ,,,, they hit me with another random charge! Why do you even still have my CC info? Filing reports with the Frisco PD and arguing the charges with my credit company. A huge 👏 to you Big O Tires! Bunch of criminals ready to steal your money 💰 Charged me for services they did NOT supply. When confronted about the issue, they got extremely defensive. We're from out of town and we're having issues with our tires shaking on the highway. Erika was so helpful and kind. Highly reccomed this big o!
I was on a road trip to Breckenridge from Denver. After driving through a snow storm the night prior, my car was making strange grinding noises. I came in with no appointment and the guys had me in and out within a couple hours. Turns out I just had a lot of ice buildup under my car. They removed all the ice and made sure it was driving properly. Free of charge! Highly recommend these guys!
Xavier was excellent! Had an emergency and these dudes came through clutch!
I recently visited the shop. The gentleman in the office was very polite and friendly. He told me there would be a wait as you would expect as this was the only place open in silverthorne and frisco. But I didn't have to wait too long as my flat tire was quickly fixed. These guys are efficient. I never had a flat tire before and was expecting to pay at least 100 dollars or more.
