I seriously had the absolute best experience with Big O! Erica was incredibly helpful, they got me signed up for the payment plan quickly and they made sure to really help me out with initial cost. I could not recommend them more, I will absolutely be bringing them more business! Highly, highly recommend!! Excellent customer service, I took my car in at about 10:15 this morning and it was done by 11:30!!
Drove my car from New Jersey to Keystone Colorado . Developed a leak in rear tire. Stopped in to Big O Tire in Frisco on a Saturday . They were busy but Ramon said they will help but could be 2 hours. Exactly 2 hours later Jason checked me out, done. Very professional stay. Thank you Tim
