Great Customer Service What a pleasure to work with such professionals. They really make you feel at home and service your car in a very timely manner.
Big O Tires gives me great service. I purchased snow tires after extensive shopping 3 years ago. I come back and have them mounted a couple of times a year and the service has always been very fast and very good. The last several times Raul has taken the time to see they are done timely and right and rotated. He even cleans the tires off and greets me when I return from my brief shopping experience at Walmart next door.
Shockingly Bad I brought my car in for a new battery. They hooked up the new battery incorrectly-- positive to negative-- and blew out my main fuse. Also my radio burned out and my interior lights don't work now. From the waiting room I could see several people standing around my car for what I thought should be a very simple thing. When I went in back, they were trying to pull out the main fuse. I got out the manual and showed them that there were bolts that had to be removed first. Great Customer Service I bought snow tires there 3 years ago and have them put on and taken off at least 3 times a season. They are always fast and very customer service orientated. Each time I am there Raul takes extra care to see its done right. Unfortunately it seems only the individuals that have a bad experience or have unrealistic expectations take the time to write a review. The people that are happy go on about their business and keep coming back.
Very Poor service I bought 4 tires from them, and the BS warranty. This Big O wou ld not honor the warranty and gave my pregnant wife the run around. I felt like I was in Mexico not the United States when I went their. To top it off, most of the employee's spoke broken english and gave me an attititude. CAN YOU IMAGINE--I get ripped off, then insulted by people who are not even from our country, in our country. This place does not have customers it has victiims. Drove my car from New Jersey to Keystone Colorado . Developed a leak in rear tire. Stopped in to Big O Tire in Frisco on a Saturday . They were busy but Ramon said they will help but could be 2 hours. Exactly 2 hours later Jason checked me out, done. Very professional stay. Thank you Tim

I took my truck in to get rotors replaced and they destroyed my rim with something sprayed on it and refuse to do the right thing and make it right. You can reach me at 601-595-1381 if you decide to change your mind and do the right thing. Otherwise I will keep doing my part in making a huge stink and make sure everyone knows your reputation in town is true.
