They were very helpful & gave me good information. I wasn't sure what I needed & they gave me various options without pushing either highest or lowest.
I won't be going back Very unimpressed even though the staff is friendly. One time after a visit to Big O I found a lug nut had fallen off my wheel in my driveway. I checked the others and found a few more loose. I returned to Big O and told them my story. No apology, but they did fix it for free. So wow, completely unsafe and potentially life-threatening.I went back at another date to give them another shot.
