I posted a review on 9/1/20 about what I had encountered at the Pamela Rae Rd location. On 9/2/20 the owner called me and we spoke on the phone for hours, after speaking with him, I have not doubt in my mind that he will resolve the issues I encountered. I will continue to give this store my business, and suggest everyone to visit and show support to this business. The purpose of this post is due to I am having difficulty removing my previous post.
My family has been loyal customers for over 10 years. New staff that clearly do not welcome BLACKS!!! My daughter informed me of her encounter months ago, on 9/1/20 I experienced it. Ignored while at the counter, but white customers received smiles, conversation, and eager to serve demeanor. It was clear that I was not welcomed and my business was not wanted!!! I am not one who quickly shouts RACISM, but I encountered it at Big O Tires on Pamela Rae Rd!
