For years, I’ve had consistently excellent experiences at this Big O Tire location. The team is honest, professional, and always looks out for their customers rather than upselling unnecessary work. Pricing is fair, service is reliable, and their strong reputation is absolutely well deserved. A special shoutout to the manager, Shannon Duncan who provides truly stellar customer care. Highly recommend!
Have been coming here for years and every time I am blown away by the care and customer service I receive. Shannon is the nicest and easiest guy ever to work with. My Grandmother began taking her vehicle here and I never had to question a single thing they provided or recommended because of how honest this store & Shannon is. The mechanics work very efficiently as well and get the job done correctly in a timely manner. Can’t recommend it enough!
Got my 4x4 suv driving like a dream. Much needed alignment and shocks. Last shop told me it was just a tire rotation needed and brushed me off. This is clearly a superior shop. Will get my future business.
Had new tires put on my wifes truck. They were quick getting the tires installed, but let me drive off without resetting the air pressure sensors properly. I had to return, but they did get the issue resolved. I would have given five stars if I didn't need to return to get the issue resolved .
