Just took my EcoSport up to Big O after finding out my tire had a screw in it. They removed the screw very quickly even though they were very busy and Shannon was sure to interact with each customer which was the first time I've ever witnessed this while getting my car done including visits to dealerships. First Class Service and friendly thank you for everything!!!
I went in for a set of tires and can not believe what these guys ask for cheap big o tires.
I have taken 3 different vehicles here for as long as I have lived in Louisville and have always left happy. Their prices are always very reasonable and they will match pretty much any price.I will send everyone I know there, and will never buy tires, shocks, etc.. anywhere else.. thanks Beth and Shannon. tyler
