I arrived at Big O stressed with a very small window on time as I had to pick up my child from work. Shannon Duncan took every bit of my stress away the moment he reassured me my vehicle would be taken care of with the same respect as me. I took my vehicle in for a set of tires and a possible alignment. I did my research and it said the tires would cost 451. I understand that there would be additional fees( disposal, valve replacement, blah, blah) but when I called to get what my total was, they told me it would be 850.00 dollars. That kinda took me back. I asked how it could be so high. I was then told, I don’t set the prices, I just tell you what it will be. Took my car for an oil change this past Tuesday and was assisted by Shannon the manager and he was so personal and welcoming along with the rest of the staff! My fav Big O Tires experience and will definitely be coming back!
Shannon is a very organized, kind person who takes the time to get to know the customers and ensure that their cars are fixed correctly. He helped my mom out once and has earned my loyalty for life. In addition Shannon has helped every single one of my families cars. Best service!!
Had new tires put on my wifes truck. They were quick getting the tires installed, but let me drive off without resetting the air pressure sensors properly. I had to return, but they did get the issue resolved. I would have given five stars if I didn't need to return to get the issue resolved .
