Just took my EcoSport up to Big O after finding out my tire had a screw in it. They removed the screw very quickly even though they were very busy and Shannon was sure to interact with each customer which was the first time I've ever witnessed this while getting my car done including visits to dealerships. First Class Service and friendly thank you for everything!!!
