I unexpectedly had to get new tires put on, and Sal did a wonderful job of efficiently getting me in and out with no hassle and no trouble. I will go back to this place for sure.
Had to get windshield wiper arm repaired/replaced and work done on the tailgate of my vehicle. The staff here was courteous and very helpful. Repair took a while, but only because of parts availability and difficulty in the repair. Worth the wait. Kyle was awesome to deal with throughout the process, and Tom was very accommodating, allowing extra time for me to pick up my vehicle. Great staff. Great BigO.

Fixed the issues I recently encountered at another shop. Fast, actually fixed the issue, billed me appropriately for services rendered (last place she didn’t) and were communicating effectively and timely. Helped me lock down the right parts and knocked it out of the park.
