Big O Tires wheel alignment – Please don't go here for any services!!!! This place is a joke, I took my K1500 truck here for a wheel alignment. I paid $72.00 and thinking that it was going to be fixed, it wasn't it was much worse than it was before I took it to this place, it would pull to the right and the steering wheel wasn't level. I took my truck back a 2nd time and they did a re-alignment and said they couldn't find any thing wrong, they said they switched the 2 front tires from left to right. I had them install 2 new tires on my Celica a little while ago. I started loosing air in one tire so I thought I had a punkture and took it to big o cheeters and they wanted to charge me $20 so I went to discount tires and they fixed it for free and told me big o cheeters did a sloppy job of mounting the tire. Needless to say a week or so later the other tire started loosing air and so I took it again to big o cheeters and they told me it will be $20 to fix THERE error!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great Guys I have gone to Big O a handful of times and there customer service is always outstanding, real nice and helpful. They have the best prices around and do quality work I'm usually in and out in about an hour. The best part about it is that Kohl's is right next store so you shop while you wait!!!
