They call all but call you lier and say they did not do anything to your vehicle. When you ask about something they did and did not ask them to do.
RecommendedI had stopped at a couple of other places to get my tire repaired and the wait was going to be an hour and a half or longer to wait. The Aztec Big O Tires, they got me right in and I was not charged for the repair.
Great Service. I called and spoke with the Everett ( manager) needing some trailer tires, they had them in stock and set me up with them at a really great price. I showed up, and they had me set up and out the door in a swift manner. The Gentleman running the desk (wish I remembered his name) , was very good with the customers, kept everyone updated on their vehicles and had an overall great demeanor. I had an unpleasant experience here a couple years ago, and didn't return until today, when thought I'd give them another try... read more

This location has some good people I've got 4 sets of tires here this year. I won't be wandering into Farmington Discount for any more tires.
Cody and Tim and all the mechanics have gone above and beyond to be fair with us andgive us consistently great service! Big O is our go to for repairs and for servicing and tire needs!
What a great bunch of guys. They air up tires and fix flats for free! Always fast, pleasant, friendly and helpful. I'll definitely give them my future business.
