Always quick and professional!!
My tire blew on the Friday before the 4th of July holiday. I took my car in at around 5pm, they were to close for the holiday at 6pm. But they said they could get me in and out before 6pm. What great service!!! Thanks so much Big O for taking care of me in my time of need!!!

I had initially left a 5 star review for the mounting of my 4 brand new tires due to the speed and attentiveness of the technicians. I have however decided to change my review after 8 return trips to Big O Gardner for my tires going flat. Over the course of 4 months. Each time I was told I had a corroded valve stem and each time I was told by the manager that the corroded valve stem was replaced with a new one.
