Big O on Mason Street was amazing! We were in town having some tests done and we came out to a flat on our car in the parking lot. They patched it and did not charge me…..oh my…..God is good! They made our day! thank you!!!

Levi and his crew at Big O Tires in Fort Collins, on Mason St, were Top Of The Line. They were professional, prompt, caring, knowledgeable and efficient. They did a great job on my car! They even ran me to a restaurant while my car was being worked on, and picked me up when it was finished. They were a great group of guys. I finally found a place that cares and knows their stuff. I’ll definitely be back!!
Went there a couple weeks ago to have a bent rim changed over after my son kissed a curb during a snow storm. Had already put on the doughnut spare so I dropped off the new rim/bent one and they said just come back in a couple hours. Came back and it was still sitting there. Rene came out and apologized. They had gotten really busy out of no where. Said give me a couple minutes. Had it swapped over AND on my car in 5 mins. No charge!
