Went to Big O Tires on 4/7/2021 with a 3:00 PM appointment. Asked for a synthetic oil change, new air filter and new cabin air filter. Service completed in about 30 minutes. Arrived home and checked receipt. They had only done oil change. Person at counter was more interested in talking with staff and did not give me the service I asked for. I will find someplace that is interested in listening to the customer next time.
