Excellent July 4th service on my flat tire.
Hi everyone, this is Arlene from Brooklyn! Came in to Big O Tires today, Wednesday, and had an awesome experience! What fantastic workers! The fellow that checked my air conditioning and oil for me did a great job, Lawrence is his name. So very helpful! And then, of course, there is Kirsten! The fantastic girl that helped me with so many questions I had about my car , also helped explaining my bill and my discount, kind, patient, caring for this old lady! Will definitely be coming back!
I came in with nails in my tires and was met with professionalism, but most of all, genuine kindness. Everyone was incredibly helpful and made a stressful situation so much easier. I'm extremely grateful for the outstanding service and truly appreciate all of their help. Highly recommend!
I have to take away my 5 star review for this reason , last year February they gave me a good price for two new front struts , front and back brake pads , alignment , tire rotation , CVT oil flush for $1500 ! so of course i jumped on it , here i am about 15-16 months later and they’re stating my FRONT struts that THEY replaced are BLOWN?! mind you i only put 12k miles on these new struts , and since i am “ Out of warranty “ all they can offer me is $80 off each strut ? this will be the last time i come here , it seems that t... read more
