great place – This place was recommended to me by a friend who assured the staff would not try to up-sell with things I didn't need when I was looking for an oil change. Some other places take advantage if it's obvious you don't know much about cars. These people at Big O actually have integrity! I have been going there for a year and a half now, and only once has it been suggested that I purchase something additional (an inexpensive air filter) with my oil change.
