The integrity and honesty of this place is horrible. I will never step foot in this place ever again after trying to over charge for services and NEVER actually repairing the vehicle.
Walked in to a friendly guy asking what he could do for me, I said get me 4 new tires for $300 or less. And that is exactly what they did. He was professional, friendly, funny and helpful. I used to go to the one on 4th South 9th East-ish, but moved and was concerned about going to a new location as I loved the other one. No more concerns, thanks Big O, I'll be back.
The guy that helped Mel was cool and helpful , took car in for heater issues. I was told 2 hours later it was waterpump....300 bucks later driving car, still no heat� The lady during pickup was a real peach ! snotty and rude on phone and in person . says Jackie on invoice . won't be going back ! I don't recommend them either � Another branch of Big O actually reached out to me because this post said he would honor the warranty and diagnose for free. I drove my van here from Florida and needed an oil change. My aunt recommended going here because of the great service and honesty. I was not disappointed. The work was quick, the service friendly, and the price was fair. I'm highly recommending them.
Mel is awesome, as always. Never had a bad experience with these guys. Wished they'd expand into the parking lot next door though. Parking can be tight some days.
