Their staff is incredibly rude and condescending to women. I complained to the manager who told the area manager. The area manager, Jason, told me that I shouldn't take my car there anymore. Seriously??? Also, I can see by the other reviews that other women are being treated similarly. These people are a bunch of ignorant, hateful rednecks who do not deserve to be in business.
Manager was really nice and plugged a tire for free. Told him when I needed new tires, I would be in. Got 2 new ones and an alignment. After paying, noticed a few charges on there that I didn't understand. They had added a warranty for $30. Didn't want nor was asked. Was also told I was eligible for discount coupons, and they weren't applied. 30 bucks plus whatever discounts isn't much, but I don't like people over charging me. They said accident, eitherway, I won't be back.
