HORRIBLE!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I had all my tires replaced at the big o on I-36 and pecos st! When these "IDIOTS" took the wheels off my truck they proceeded to use my chrome hub-caps as wheel lug trays!! placing the front of the cap on the pavement, scratching the piss out of all 4!! Then when they did the steering alignment they gave it back to me with the steering wheel itself out of alignment and pulling to the left HORRIBLY!!! They preformed an incomplete brake job on my SUV and after several trips from Black Hawk to Denver the manager yelled at me, blamed me for their poor judgement. Nevertheless, I have a voicemail that the owner sent to me right before Thanksgiving agreeing to refund my money from their poor workmanship preformed on Sept. 18, 2019. Now to add insult to injury and after spending an additional $350.00 to get my brakes repaired correctly, her husband (the other owner) refused. Worse place to get tires. – I purchased 2 new tires from this store on 5/7/07. Since then I have had the same tires go flat 10 to 12 times. As of 2/24/08 there is only 402 miles on these tires. I have spoke with the Manager of this store everytime I have had a flat. They have came out and fixed it every time, but how many times do I have to do this before they stop going flat or they replace the tires. They have stated that the rims are what is causing the problem and have now grinded them to see if that would fix the proble... read more
