Absolutely the worst customer service. These 2 companies merged, we never had an issue with Falcon Sanitation. But then they were bought out by Big "O". They have never picked up since the buy out, about 3 weeks ago. I have called trying to be nice at first. I understand that this was a merge and things happen, were all human. But after about 10 calls to them and 3 weeks later no trash pickup. We cancelled them today. I would not advise anyone to use this service.
