Big O Pest Control, gets 5 stars 🌟 mainly due to our service man, Chris. He is great with communication prior to his visit & returning a text if i should have a specific request, he is always consistent in throughly servicing our home & property. I appreciate Chris's prompt response when we had an issue recently... he was out the next day and treated the effected area and we haven't seen another little bugger 🪳 since!! My tech Adrian is awesome and communicates very well. You don't find that with most companies.
Big O Pest Control always call or text to remind me of treatments and when billing has been updated. They do great work and report any issues before leaving the premises.
