I had known this guy for 20 years I had done a little bit of work with him. Would never ever use him again or recommend him. Way overcharged used used materials that were all used and then it wasn't right wouldn't come back to fix it. Worst experience I've ever had and he wants to be called a friend if this is how he treats his friends before warned!!!
Sold Owen some "help wanted" stickers on ebay last November. I sent them to his verified address with delivery confirmation. He waits until it can no longer be tracked on the USPS website(4 months) and then opens a case saying he didn't authorize payment. Great scam you have going there. Paypal reverses the payment and then insult to injury, they add another 20 bucks for the chargeback. Nice scam Owen Mclaughlin. owens112001@yahoo.com
