Our 240i was "nicked" in a parking lot - causing scrapes across the front right bumper but also dislodging the bumper guard. Not only did BNM give a very reasonable repair quote (compared to one from a nation-wide collision repair shop), they also took off any items that could have been but were not necessary (i.e. calibration).
