Our 240i was "nicked" in a parking lot - causing scrapes across the front right bumper but also dislodging the bumper guard. Not only did BNM give a very reasonable repair quote (compared to one from a nation-wide collision repair shop), they also took off any items that could have been but were not necessary (i.e. calibration). Big Nasty Motorsports is the definition of "shop local". They are a family owned/run business. Their quality is top notch and timely. They also support the local community in Hillsboro. They're my absolute "Go to".
I went in for them to look at a small dent in my back garnish on my new car that had been hit in a parking lot. They didn't even hesitate to just repair it on the spot, no nonsense or need to bring it back later etc. what a wonderful company! I thought I was going to have to bring it back and leave it etc. NOPE, just fixed and done, my new favorite body shop for sure!!! Can't thank them enough!
