Trusting this shop was unfortunately a huge mistake. They replaced a shortblock and a decent number of other parts for me. I had multiple issues with their work: -The car came back with new interior and exterior damage -Parts that we didn't agree on were used -I was double charged for parts (corrected after I brought it up) -The short block I bought was damaged. the shop said it came with the damage, the engine builder said no way the damage was done when the head studs were installed, so I don't know whose fault it was. -Th... read more
Talked to the owner Mike, learned we live in same neighborhood so we made an appt for him to swing by my home Friday after work to take a look at my 1969 Mustang. I changed my plans so I’d be home and I waited from 5:30pm to 7:30pm and he never showed; never got in touch. That’s BS. He emailed me Saturday saying he worked late Friday. Wow, thanks for the heads up on Friday while I was sitting around waiting for you. Made plans again for him to come by Sunday. Mike went out of his way to lend his opinion on how best to deal with on going GM AFM lifter issues. He comes highly recommended and after 20 min with him and some sound advice, I can see why. Would do business here any day of the week!
