RecommendedI've dealt with quite a few other exhaust shops in the area over the years most had poor customer service and the quality of some was questionable at best .. these guys however have done 2 vehicles for me in the last few months and went above and beyond on both .. the customer service is top notch and the work they put out is quality for sure ..you can tell they take pride in their work .. they have my business from now on

Highly recommend big muffler sarasota, junior was very knowledgeable and very skilled in his profession he kept in touch with me the whole time he had my truck and did a beautiful job on building exactly what I described to him over the phone hands down would recommend anyone to have work done by him

While I love living here in Sarasota, I miss my "peeps" in Roanoke. Ya know, those go to, people that provide reliable, reasonable, trustworthy everyday services... My muffler started making a noise this weekend. I found a small shop that has been here for years...Big Muffler shop on 301. They fixed me right up! Experienced, reasonable and did not try to upsale me with things I don't need...(and I'm a woman..) It's reassuring to know there are still "good" people out there... "Thanks Big Muffler!"

I brought my food truck in this am they replaced the whole exhaust system ,they were very fast as well ,I recommend anyone that needs exhaust work done to go to big muffler!!
