I absolutely love this gym! The coaches are super encouraging and really know their stuff. They make you laugh and push you to your limits at the same time. The community is the best — everyone’s cheering and high-fiving. It feels like a big family. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I’ve gotten stronger and more confident since joining. If you want to sweat, smile, and surprise yourself with what you can do, this is the place!
I’ve been going to Big Muddy for about five years now, and it's truly changed my life for the better. Great place for community and achieving goals!
One of the single greatest things I ever did. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner. When I first started i was obese and struggled to run a mile. Today I have multiple 5k,10k, half marathon, and a few triathlon under my belt thanks to this place. The coaches help and encourage you all the way from your first day with no judgment. We met Chris at an Expo and his love for CrossFit really encouraged my 13 year old daughter to try it out. We attended the first class and workout together and the instructor was amazing! The group was so encouraging and inviting. My daughter has a new found confidence.
