Big Muddy Boyz Off-road Customs in Mt.Vernon Illinois is terrible. I highly recommend that you DON’T come to this shop if you want anything fixed. I have never been so disrespected by a company in my life. These men have had our jeep on their property for OVER FOUR MONTHS! They promised to fix our jeep and do a complete motor swap. I even purchased a new motor and had it dropped off at their shop so they could do the swap. We had been in contact with them several times and they had given us “updates” and “promises” of what n... read more

Great shop, incredible service. Was super busy but made the time to check my CEL and tell me what it was and was honest and let me know it wasn’t going to require any repairs. Highly recommend
