Dr Marko and the team were so friendly, kind and caring. Dr Marko made my daughter feel so comfortable, made jokes to make her laugh and you can see how much he cares about the kids. He made me feel at ease about the surgery my daughter had to have and reassured me that everything would be okay. He praised her and made her feel so comfortable. The whole team is amazing and if anything happens again with my daughter or even my son ill definitely be going back! Well done Dr Marko and your team - youre amazing :)
Dr Marko, is the best children dentist I have ever met, he is so patient, kind and caring who works with the children and he doesn't force them at all my son has ADHD and Dr Marko goes with the flow to support the child and takes his time and talks every step of the way to support the child. Dr Marko really is fantastic
I can’t speak highly enough of BMSB as a parent of children 5&3 who unfortunately needed dental work. The entire team are all extremely caring, professional, attentive and honest. My kids had no hesitation going to the dentist and I put that down to the genuine feeling of ‘we care’ that is created by the staff.
My child is on the spectrum and Dr Marko was recommended to us by other families on an autism page on facebook because of her high anxiety to needles, gas and surgery. Such a smooth process every step of the way. Dr Marko is Fun, friendly, tells dad jokes (eye roll) and has an amazing bedside manner. I 100% recommend looking no further than Big Mouth and shiny brights with Dr Marko and his wonderful staff for your dental needs. Dr Marko even matched us with the right anaesthetist too!
