The costumer service was the best! They communicate very quickly and helped to get my storage set up on the phone very fast. Definitely reccomend!
We have been using Big Moose Storage for almost 2 years and never had any issues accessing the facility...lighting and heating always worked well...having moved to a permanent location we no longer need the facility. Great people to work with.

I’ve been renting a unit here for a while and I’m really happy with it. The facility is clean and secure, the floors are heated, and the access through the mobile app is super convenient. The gated entry is smooth and straightforward. One small suggestion: it would be great to move the keypad stand a bit closer to the gate so it’s easier to enter the access code without having to step out of the vehicle. Other than that, everything has been great. Highly recommend for storage in Timmins.
