Very unprofessional and rude! We called to rent their mini excavator for a week on Wednesday April 14, 2021 and return on the 21st. When we go to pick it up they told us that we needed to bring it back Friday (which was not our deal) because they rented it out to a crew. Sonny the owner came and made us a deal for the mix up and told us we can have it for a couple days free, then pick it back up on Monday (April 19th) and bring it back Monday the 26th.
