The scope of work was a backdoor replacement. The installation was fine, but scheduling communication was very poor and they never came back to finish painting and staining.
We used Big Monkey for a kitchen remodel and got 4 estimates. They were not the cheapest but were reasonably priced. I cannot even put into words how much I love the end result. It is *exactly* what we wanted. The crew was friendly, hard working, and cleaned up behind themselves daily. Jared and his team were quick to respond, quick to get to work and had our new deck finished in just a few days. He kept us updated on every step throughout the project. The team was very friendly and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day, even going so far as to shop vac the composite shavings out of our yard!
Where do I start. Bought a new house here after escaping California over 8 years ago. One would think a 'new house' would not need much inspection or repair etc. Big Money found 30 pages of builder defects and mistakes - protected me before contracts were signed.
