I have been a customer for many years and highly recommend it for its excellent service and choices for snowblowers.
This guy knows his stuff, won't beat around the bush and he will NOT let you waste his time. We called this morning for a part, he said no problem. Go to the store around 10:30am, sign says closed and out for delivery. By 2pm, I figured he'd be back but no... Sign never moved. Unreliable service but if you're not in a hurry, he's worth waiting for. Oh, don't go there if you're looking to save a buck. This man is a no nonsense man.
